Peace of Happiness is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation, and we look forward to hosting your Wilmington stay. ★ RESERVATION & OCCUPANCY POLICY ★ To protect the property and maintain a comfortable environment for our guests and neighbors: • Pets must receive prior approval before arriving. • The reservation may not exceed the property's maximum occupancy of 10 guests. • Unregistered visitors or overnight guests require prior approval. • Reservation details must accurately reflect the number of guests and approved pets. Material violations of these requirements may result in termination of the reservation and guests being required to vacate the property. Refunds and additional charges for damages, excessive cleaning, or other violations will be handled in accordance with the booking platform's applicable policies and reservation terms. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to follow the property's house rules.

★ SMOKING & SUBSTANCES ★ Smoking or vaping cannabis or other prohibited substances is not permitted anywhere on the property. Cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please properly dispose of all cigarette butts and smoking-related waste. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking, including smoke odor or residue, may result in a $250 additional cleaning and odor-removal fee. ★ KEYS & BACKUP ENTRY ★ The home primarily uses keyless entry. If the Wi-Fi or electronic door code is unavailable, a backup lockbox is located outside near the front water spigot. Please contact your host for the lockbox code. Lost or unreturned physical keys may result in an $80 replacement fee. ★ LATE CHECKOUT ★ Please depart by the scheduled checkout time so our cleaning team has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guests. Unauthorized late checkout may result in a $100 fee. ★ PETS ★ Pets are permitted only with prior host approval. Please request approval before booking or bringing a pet onto the property. Unauthorized pets are not permitted and may result in additional charges or other action in accordance with the reservation and house rules.

★ CLEANING & CARE ★ Your comfort and cleanliness are important to us. The home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared between each guest stay. Additional housekeeping during your stay may be available for an added fee with advance notice. ★ PET-FRIENDLY PILOT PROGRAM ★ We welcome well-behaved small to medium-sized dogs with prior approval. ✔ Maximum of 2 dogs ✔ Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival ✔ Dogs should be house-trained and well-behaved ✔ Please keep pets off beds and furniture unless protective coverings are used ✔ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets ✔ An additional pet fee applies ✔ Excessive cleaning, damage, or disturbances may result in additional charges When requesting approval, please send your pet’s breed, age, and approximate weight.
